The woman that works behind the counter is rude and unapologetic. The new guy used a 12 point socket and an impact to strip the first two lugs on my pick up. They called me and said some one must have puthem on too tight. They then asked that I pick it up and make the repair myself as they are not insured to drill out stripped lug studs. So all in all, butcher tire techs, overpriced, rude office people, substandard service! It's really too bad, I have a fleet of vehicled that will never see that place due to this encounter. Pomps is awful! Two thumbs down!

Had to pay over $50 for a lawn mower tire tube to be replaced. Price included $25.00 to mount/dismount and it only required popping one side off. Then $7.60 for misc supplies? $15.00 for the tube. We could've bought a new tire for this price. Never had this issue when it was Cross Dillon but now Pomp jacking the price up. Won't be getting any of our money any more. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
