I work for a online shopping company and before that a merchandising company. Every time I had to go to the store the employees and managers treat you like your not supposed to be there or your a thief. I have five star ratings and top in the company for customer service and honesty. Need less to say for the next 40 plus years of my life I will be sharing my disdain with this company and tell anyone I know that shops here how they really feel about you. Might I suggest Sam's as they are more cordial and value their customers.

Costco started out great. Food at deli was great. Organic produce was great and prices have been increasing of course (thanks Joe). Prices are jumping. Not climbing, jumping. Their organic produce has changed and the quality of it has dropped like an anchor. They entice you and bring you in and then change it all up. It’s very irritating. I left Sam’s to come here. I need to rethink that decision

I love Costco! A little crazy on the weekends, but still the best place to go

Muffins and Danish pastries are tasty. Also would recommend chicken wrap from the food court. If you hear about a good seasonal item, go quick as they can sell out rapidly.

My 78 year old Mother in Law and I received the upmost amazing assistance today by one of the managers Joe! He was so kind to track down a motorized cart for us and was so kind! We both gave him a hug for being so nice! Then we met him again at the checkout where Nathan and Samantha helped us get everything checked out with ease! We are so thankful for an amazing store with such kind employees! Thank you Costco!

Do NOT buy the king crab leggs! We had to toss them out (30 dollars down the drain) absolutely terrible.

They checked my membership as if I were a criminal. I just wanted to pay for a blender with my Visa card (since they don’t accept any other credit cards). Then, my husband wanted to pay for the food with cash using my membership (I’m part of his membership). Then, two cashiers and two more people next to them started to “confirm” if they had better “deals” for me or better “savings.” (Lies!) They just wanted to verify if he was using my Costco card because they thought he didn’t have one! When he showed them his Costco credit card, they continued with their ridiculous savings excuse! They made me feel like I was stealing something... thank you, Costco.

Not impressed! Will never have my own membership for Costco. My child who doesn't get paid until after the 1st of the month (by the way they have two small children ) had picked up what was needed for groceries. Mind you most of these food items were child related. We got to the check out, show the cashier the card, she rings up the cart full of groceries. $498.00 worth. I pull out my credit card to pay for them. The cashier says no if you're not the member you can't pay for them. Oooook. We had just done this exact same thing a couple months ago and it was ok. She said it's been like this for over a year and they never should have allowed it. Just thinking maybe Costco should get everyone on the same page. While upset about the snacks and food that couldn't be brought home to the boys. I was more upset about the cashier and the way she handled the situation. She was very rude about the entire ordeal and very pushy. So we left the cart with the cashier and I told her we could go to Sam's Club instead. Again paying for a membership is not a problem for me, but to pay for that membership and then to be told someone else cannot pay for your items in the cart is not something I agree with. Times are tough enough with the prices being outrages, so a little consideration can go a long ways.

Once I realized not to get attached to what I hoped would be continually stocked food items, I learned to appreciate the selection better. But I am also super grateful for the standby organic poultry items and organic produce. Please, please keep it on hand! The prices are great overall and every year we've been able to get awesome Christmas gifts for everyone on our list. We are also able to donate more items to charity because of the savings, bulk options, and quality of goods. We appreciate the friendly workers, clean store, and lower cost of fuel. Thank you, Costco!

I like costco, but I had an experience recently where the employee was whispering under her breath saying the picture wasn't me and that they'd just let anyone through or pick and choose who they let through and she doesn't have time for that. Wasn't friendly at all and didn't say a word to me other than my total. I said thank you and she ignored me.
