I went to Cost Cutters on 18th St. in Bettendorf my stylist was adrina Martinez she is absolutely amazing at what she does
Requested style: I like my hair to look as natural as possible, and Adrina uses a couple of different colors, and it looks amazing and I like layered tapered cut into my face
Specialties: She is the only one that Can get the color right the first time on my hair. My hair is extremely hard to work with.
Hair type: I have very long hair extremely thin and does not take well to color. I don’t know how she does it but she always seems to get the exact color I want.
Stylist: Adrina Matinez extremely friendly easy to talk to and listens carefully to what you want style color and cut. She does not disappoint. I have followed her from each Cost Cutters which she is now located in Bettendorf across from the library on 18th St. she is an amazing stylist, and can work wonders with color.

Walked in to get a haircut and the worker said she can’t cut my hair because she’s coloring a customers hair and the next worker doesn’t come in for another 3 hours . Not even sure how that’s a thing

I came to get an eyebrow wax haircut and shampoo. I came to get an eyebrow wax haircut and shampoo. I didn’t want a style or anything to my hair. When she was done, my hair was still soaking wet and I left with wet hair. The least they could do is dry it.
