I was having issues with my Dell laptop including slow download and lots of buffering. Brought it to Marty and he ran several checks while I waited. He determined the hard drive was failing and suggested upgrading to a solid state drive. He had the repair done by end of day and I picked it up this morning. WOW!! What a difference. A pleasure to use the computer again. Thank you Marty for the great service. A+++++

Very nice and friendly. My computer has been through hell and back. They took the time to explain what they were doing and did it in front of me. They cleaned and fixed my fans. Still waiting on the parts they ordered to come in so they can finish fixing everything. But I totally like these guys. Great conversations had while waiting. Affordable prices. And understanding people. Recommend completely. They will be my new computer guys for sure!!!

I really love this place. They talked me through what they were doing and double checked to make sure of what I wanted. They give you a discount on the work they do if you recycle your old computer/laptop and he carried the discount over for me since he had to order the part needed to finish what I wanted done. Great friendly place. Won't be going anywhere else for my computer needs anymore

I took my computer into another store before here. They found out the DC Jack right as I handed it over and wanted to way over charge for the part and labor to simple pop a new one in there. I went to "Computers Are Us" today, and Marty had to do a little more work than was initially expected, and still charged a FRACTION of the price as the other stores. They are completely fair and down to earth. Avoid the snakes out there, and have ALL you're services done here!

Went in for a component and not only did they install it, they checked to make sure it worked while I was there AND they helped optimize the computer beyond just the component. Nice people, great service. Will be going back in the future and would highly recommend for others.

Great experience, friendly and helpful. Diagnosed my computer with a bad graphics card and had corrupted info on the hardware. Wiped my computer, cleaned it and put the new graphics card in for me.
