Great friendly staff! Heather and Zach were easy to work with, we dropped off my pc and picked it back up the same day! Pricing was excellent. My pc is running better than ever and Zach gave me some great advice for moving forward with it. Highly recommend them!

I lost my administrator's ability on my personal laptop, I couldn't delete or change things without logging in as administrator. I called Computer Repair Center and explained the problem to the tech. He said that he couldn't do much over the phone. So I took it to their shop. The tech checked it over and said that they could clean the hard drive an reinstall Windows. I had them replace Windows 11 back to Windows 10. They said they recommend 10 over 11, and my son-in-law, who's also a computer tech in Florida said the same.I took it in on a Tuesday afternoon and received a call Thursday morning that it was ready. They quoted me a cost Tuesday which was very reasonable. When I picked it up the tech wanted to know if I was a Vet. I showed him my Drivers license which state that I'm a Vet. The he said that I would get a 10% off, I couldn't believe it.They also saved all my files that I had on the desk top and all of my bookmarks etc. I had to reinstall some programs, but that gave me time to go over the programs and think, Do I really need that program.I would recommend Computer Repair Center to anyone needing service to their computer, They're honest, fair priced, and very helpful and understanding.Thanks, Patrick, Zach and Heather for the great service.Marv Stolley

We brought our iMac in to have the OS updated and hard drive replaced. They updated the OS however pics, music and safari information did not transfer even though we paid for this service. As a professional photographer this was devastating! In addition we were not offered the option of a solid state drive, something we would have paid a premium for. I took the iMac to Computer Revolutions and they restored my data from the old hard drive causing additional expense and time however I'm back in business.Since writing this review the owner of Computer Repair has reached out to make things right including additional training for techs. Thank you Heather!

They seem like genuine honest people that you want to do business with. My laptop was going to cost more to repair than it was worth but they offered a free quote so it was worth a shot. They didn't offer a free beer but 5 stars it is

Brought my laptop to get it fixed and they have made it Worse by messing up the motherboard! Now my laptop barely even starts and crashes several times!
