I was in the market for 2 new laptops and had fairly particular, albeit rather amateur, specifications for the same. The entire staff, notably Brendan, was attentive to my needs, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, very professional- including even suggesting less expensive alternatives along the way. I cannot give the entire operation enough praise. They are now my "go-to" tech team.

First time having to get my computer looked at and this experience was far from what I’d feared it would be. Pricing was explained upfront, customer service was great and turnaround was very quick. Highly recommend and grateful for their service!

Unlike Computer Repair Shop just a couple of blocks away, which is a horrible shop with incompetent people, Computer Evolution was a charm to deal with. Very competent, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. If you have ANY repairs, questions, or want a custom desktop built for you, this is the place to go. Don't even waste your time going to Computer Repair Shop because it will only frustrate you and start your day off bad. I can see in the near future this store taking all their business and Computer Repair Shop closing it's doors. Some people get the world around them and then some are completely asleep at the wheel as most who've experienced both of these stores knows. Thanks Computer Evolution for turning my day around. I'll be spending my money with you from now on.

If your computer is attacked by a virus or a hacker, this is the place to take it! They are knowledgeable, they get your computer clean and can advise steps to take to keep it that way.

Great alternative to mass merchants. Excellent in-store supportduring and after the sale. Most, if not all mass merchants ask that you take up any service issues with the manufacturer directly. CE provided not only in-store service but also offered to handle sending product to the manufacturer if needed.

Charge to much for labor. Refuse to haggle even for 5 or 10 dollars. Almost lost a 770 dollar deal over 10 bucks.

Wasn't able to fulfill my need for calling but if your looking for a new computer I'm sure they are the people to go to or if you need your computer fixed not sure on the price though.
