I brought my Nissan Frontier in because it was overheating and Madonna and Eric were the best in helping me take care of my truck! They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, and they did a multi point inspection of my truck for free! I also had to be in a video chat for my job and Madonna graciously let me do this in their customer lobby. Awesome customer service and I will definitely be back!

This used to be a great place to take my car. On 8/9/24 I showed up at their posted opening time of 0730. Doors were locked tight nobody around. I stood outside the front door for 30 minutes and no one showed. I left and came back less than 15 minutes later and they were open. Despite being unhappy I left my car there for service. At 530 pm they still had my car. I stopped in at 556 pm to see how my car was doing and they were closed…locked up tight despite the fact that their posted business hours are 730am to 7pm. Car X is clearly no longer serious about their business. This will be my last visit, I’m done.

Would’ve loved to give them 5 stars, but didn’t have a good communication from management at all. My car was there was 4 days with no fix, which I don’t think is a fault of theirs, but there was a huge lack of communication as to why. I asked to speak with a manager several times, and each time got the run around that a message was left for him. Manager in the store couldn’t give us an exact price on what the anticipated repair would cost, started avoiding our calls, and just had a lack of overall communication. Really disappointing because we had our vehicles there in the past, and the former manager went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure we understood everything all the way through.

Had a van in for a week with a light on but needed a part that said would have to be ordered then a week later magically there are no parts avialable for the make or model doesnt make sense and why would it take over a week to find this out. Will not be back again.

Made an appointment at 1:00 however I wanted to change it and ask if they could do the work sooner and so I got it at 11:00 a.m. so I got in early I needed front brake work done and rear brake work they did an excellent job on my brake system I got new calibers new rotors new pads for the front and didn't need brake shoes or drums in the back so they clean those up for me I got estimate for tire replacement and I'm working on that now and I recommend a Car-X to anyone that would like to get their car repaired.

This place is not about the customer. They treated me like a dollar sign. Wanted to charge me $500 to fix my ABS sensor. I was told I needed the whole hub to “make sure it was fixed correctly”.This is after I just spent $2600 there less than 6 months ago for new brakes, tires and rotors in my 2019 with 40,000 miles on it. Decided to get a second opinion. Turns out it was just the wiring harness. $200 later I got my car fixed somewhere else. Will not be returning.

Scheduling the appointment was super easy, I called and they were able to get me in at the exact time and day I requested (in the same week). Appointment was super smooth. Great customer service and trustworthy workers here.

Came by the shop with some automotive issues in the middle of a snow storm. Called and Brett got me right in. The skilled Tech Brandon just had to tweak a few things and was back on the road. In and out fast!!!! Thanks guys!!

I can’t put a star down yet. Spoke to Brett Friday night told me nothing was scheduled till 10 o’clock in the morning Saturday the young lady seemed like she could care less when I talked to her this morning and basically told me to wait so I’m waiting to find out if my alternator is bad which is what the mechanic said at the gas station where it was towed from, and I’m waiting they opened at 7:30. It’s now almost 9 o’clock no answer yet and I was told this would be taken care of this morning. Could’ve taken it somewhere else but I really liked Brett. We’ll see where this goes so I guess it’s the alternator like I was told she told me 503 which I told her the alternator was only $147 at the auto parts store at which she said they need to make their own money too. This lady really didn’t want to deal with me. Kind of rude actually definitely rude. She hung up on me before she even said thank you or anything and I told her to go ahead with it because I don’t have a choice i’m not gonna sit and try to bargain with someone who’s telling me that they have to make their profit on it too by doubling it or more actually it’s more than that so tune in later I’ll finish my review as of right now I’m going to get ready to go pick up my van, which she didn’t tell me when it would be finished I’m assuming about a half an hour from what I understand from the mechanic it was an easy fix. I’m not sure what this girl’s problem is but I definitely wouldn’t put someone like this in the front desk. I’m assuming she is the owners daughter because nobody acts like that unless they’re related and they are allowed to be rude. I’ll finish my review later., ok update came in 2 hrs later after telling her to do it she said keys were in it I said how much do I owe you she said nothing I said it’s finished she said you said it was to much I said no I said I had to do it & told u to go ahead I had no choice she told me to take my vehicle & go I’m just completely confused on how this woman has a job & how people like this are allowed to work with the public I went to start my vehicle to drive it somewhere else & they left door open battery was completely dead to I went in to ask for a jump & was told to wait I’m my car ( like I’m a threat) & someone will jump it omg unbelievable I did & now I’m somewhere else I’m disgusted & once home will be speaking with corporate you don’t handle people like this !
