I had a good friend of mine pass away, and I found out about it Thursday night so naturally, My wife took my suit in Friday morning May 31st to get dry cleaned for the funeral, which was the following Tuesday . Burke’s cleaners told us it would be ready Monday afternoon June 3rd just in time for the funeral the next morning. My wife swung in to pick up my suit on June 3rd at 4:45 (2 hours later than what they said to give them extra time) and my suit was no where to be found . They eventually found it crumpled up in a bag behind the desk In far worse condition Then what it was dropped off in! My family and I run a local business And I can tell you if we dropped the ball in this way, we would’ve broke our backs to make it right Do not use Burke’s cleaners they are so unreliable!

My winter coat needed cleaning & anew red zipper replaced & a seam re-sewn. My coat looked brand new but it's not. I was impressed with the seamstress that she was able to find a red zipper for the length that was needed & the red color to match my coat. Excellent job ? done. Desk service was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions about laundromat, this was my first time at the Eastern Ave location .It was mildly busy at the time of day, and clean. I will definitely be returning with my business.

Burke's did a great job on putting in a new zipper on my 7 year olds coat!The price was a little steep but it's a zipper and I didn't expect to be cheap anyways. It was just a wow expression.The only issue I had was, it took almost a month to get it back. My son has another winter coat so, it wasn't a huge deal but just surprised as to how long it would take.I plan on taking his other coat to get a new zipper instead of these plastic ones for kiddos.Overall experience, was great!
