Showed up yesterday, August 27th, we were up furniture shopping and I know the deal and Ashley furniture new from their warehouse, so I thought I would price check them in order a piece that I was looking at if they had it in stock...The storefront is completely empty, it looks like they cleared out their inventory and left in a hurry, it doesn't appear to actually be a store anymore.

They put you on auto pay without your permission! Buddys like other people here have taken my money out of my account without permission trying to tell me that I was on autopay! I know what bills I have on autopay and which I don’t! They had a late payment and wanted it so they took it! Called and Brandon the general manger is a nightmare who literally implied that I was d*** and didn’t understand how autopay worked and talked himself in circles before Screaming at me and hanging up saying they will come get their merchandise. When I asked for corporate he said “honey corporate is gonna tell you the same thing” or “go to my site and fill out a complaint and it will go through me first and you’re not gonna get any further than that” made sure to let me know he owns a franchise. Sick, also said “you have to be on autopay to rent from him it’s in the contract” ???? never do business here

I paid for a brandnew washer and dryerAnd they sent me one to use until they ordered mine. Now tht its paid for. They are refusing to give me what I paid for. They have refuse to give me the regional manager info . I found by calling everywere. .James bond I really need u to call me.Buddies is Not being run the right way. Your New management is disrespectful ride. They are stealing people hard earned money. And something should be done about that

They sold me a used fridge on a Wednesday that was missing a bunch of shelves. They told me I’d have shelves by the following Monday. It’s been 3 months, still no shelves. Management told us shelves were on back order and that he would just replace the fridge with a new one for the same price. Still no new fridge 2 months later. The manager even admitted that he doesn’t know when they will actually get fridges to replace the one he sold us.Update: it’s now been almost 4 months. No shelves or fridge.

I got a freezer chest from them I decided I couldn't afford it no more it took them 3 weeks to pick it up then still charged me after they picked it up and just sent me a text to charge me again never paid me back for the payment they stole from my card and the manager was always out for lunch buddys is a complete joke I will go back to Aaron's or rent a center and I will be pressing for my money back thank God I switched banks you will not get another dime off of me dueces

They tell you their gonna deliver at a time than they don’t or it takes for ever to get your stuff not really impressive service than missing cords and remote for stereo stick with RAC all the way
