It's a convenient and inexpensive way to bathe your pets. My dog freaks out and hides under the bed when I try to do it at home. He enjoyed everything except for the vacuum.

Brought one of our dogs down to wash her in the dog wash. It's a bit on the old side but everything works well and it was clean.

It was clean, but a bit pricey with low water pressure and the vacuum hose end kept falling off. The hoses could be longer and easier to hang up and use.

It is open 24 7 and it's very convenient. My dog really hates to get washed but this is the best option for us so far
