I've had nothing but good luck from Bridgeview currently purchasing my second car from them and it's almost paid off they are a perfect place to go to for first-time car buyers and experienced car buyers. And even when times are tough they often take that in consideration. They are a good business and I appreciate them as much as they appreciate my business.

We had the most amazing experience at Bridge view! Joanna was the most immaculate person we've met in a long time when it comes to car sales. Drove 6 hours (round trip) to see a car. Joanna was absolutely amazing. The car was absolutely everything she said it was and everything that I expected to get in a car in that price range. Drove the car 3 hours home with zero issues. Thank you Joanna I appreciate you!

i keep your payments there soft ware they use is not accurate on there computer. i found s bunch of mistakes had to fix with them. also they dont fix stuff. example tire was low on air instead of taking nail out and putting plug in they just added air went to another place to fix correctly

So I went in the first time and checked out a vehicle and it was in pretty nice condition but I did not know what I was doing and I was just looking around. So they were nice to me the first time because I was looking at vehicles and I thought they were going to get a sale I wasn't ready so I left that day. I come in the next day to look at another vehicle that they have and she tells me I'm not going to give you the keys I'm not going to let you look inside the vehicle until I see some cash until you're ready to buy how do I know if I'm ready to buy if I don't start a vehicle and drive it so I just feel like I was treated very very poorly and after looking on Facebook marketplace for a car and not having any luck and wasting my time I go down there and she waste more of my time by treating me rude so because of this never going back as far as I'm concerned their customer service was definitely terrible and I know they don't care

I would give this place a 0. Went to look at a vehicle talked to the lady in the office and she told us to go get the money from the bank So we did called back and a guy told us he doesn't allow out if town service. The guy also told us the lady in the office likes to sugar coat things.

When and to get a car As I was trying to test drive the car the car when start I asked them to try to get a going for me they told me why don't I just go and take my business somewhere else very unprofessional and they're not there Help anybody as I see it there they're just to make a quick buck and screw people over the windows are all busted the insides were torn up like it was a junkyard I would not recommend going there

DO NOT ADVISE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! my car over heated after 2 days! They said the part should be at their store in a day or two now they are saying 3 weeks. I asked them if I could just have MY car back and the lady on the phone said " let me make a call and call you back" then she never called so we went up to Bridgeview and they closed the whole shop down early! The cops will be involved if I do not get my car soon!!!!

I want to give 0 stars. I called about a horrible car that has been to their place twice to get fixed for the same issue only to have it completely break this time. Then I was told they don't understand why I have an attitude, she proceeded to chew me out them hang up on me. FYI when you have an upset customer,/potential customer calling upset YOU DO NOT GET AN ATTITUDE AND THEN HAVE ON THEM. Not professional so all. All I know is if they're ends up being a serious accident with this car that they claim to have (not) fixed the issue, it'll be this company that will be liable
