I came to this store to buy a new phone. Unfortunately the person who was there at that time couldn't help me.(A lady wasn't very helpful. )
So I left. I came back on on Sunday. In order to get the phone that I liked it. Lucky Derick Allen Jackson. We're there! Very nice person. He was very kind. Finally I got the phone ready to go!! Thanks a lot! God bless you!

Long story short, I really needed a new phone (switching carrier's, shattered screen) plus an additional line. Megan was absolutely wonderful! She made sure we understood everything and made sure everything worked/fit well (case)! Plus got a speaker my son is obsessed with ?Very great experience! Thanks again Megan!

The store manager she was very rude. Service was hands down the worst of any of the boost store I have ever been to. I would like to think that as a long time customer with multiple lines that I my business is appreciated and my issues with my phone service taken care of or even looked at. It was so bad and disappointing I switched my family’s service over to another provider as soon as I left the store . She belittle staff from other stores over the phone in front of other customers. Extremely unprofessional. Hopefully the owners read their reviews and take action soon.

Ana has been really good, excellent!!!! I HIGHLY recommend her! Her boss needs to give her a raise if he hasn't. She's been a true blessing giving me two new phones that I love. She's been so knowledgeable. So precious Thank you for everything and saving me money with good deals today! Highly appreciated!! Well mannered and patient!

I had the Pleasure of working with Brandon at the West Kimberly location in Davenport. He was so friendly, as soon as I walked in, he made me feel like we had known each other for years. It was like catching up with an old friend. Brandon went above and beyond and said that his goal was to make sure I was happy with my selection, well he nailed it and needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service. After his shift was over, he still acted as if it were still business hours. You deserve a round of applause. Thank you Brandon.

My fiance went to get something fixed on his phone. The girl looked at it and had it fixed in 10 minutes. She didn't charge us anything. I am so glad we have boost for our service.

Phone is very nice. Wasn't happy with my service at all. The worker was on the phone the whole time helping another store. Customers come 1st he should of told her he would call her back.
