Sold me the wrong battery for my watch after looking and comparing to my old one

Bought a battery for my spare garage door opener a month or so ago. Tried to use it this weekend and it would not work so I stopped in and asked them to check the charge. He told me it had 2.9% power but that it should still light the led on the opener and it's probably broken. Tried to get me to but a universal opener to replace my broken one. Never acknowledged how a fairly new battery with almost no usage was 97% drained after a month. Got home swapped battery from working opener and that battery opened and closed the garage. The device wasn't broken and I'm not sure what kind of scam the upsell was but interstate battery just won my business going forward. Staff was at least polite to my inquiry if dismissive and dishonest.

Stopped by to get new car fobs programmed. Staff was very friendly and easy to understand when he explained the cost and process. Will be returning again when needed.

Stopped by the other day for advice and help with a vehicle I was having trouble starting and the employees there were so helpful. I believe their names were Nathan and David (Saturday afternoon). They handled my time consuming interaction while balancing the customers in the store and answering phones. Great display of teamwork multitasking and all around great customer service. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Happy customer went there to get a battery for a key fob & the salesman helped me out, took my old 1 pic & replaced it for me.

Great service from ordering my car battery on the web to pulling up in front of the store and having Luke install a new battery in 15 minutes.....this was on the tails of a 20+ inch snow and -9 temps.

Nathaniel was very personable and had my car battery (whichbI got on sale for $30 off) installed quickly, within about 10-15 minutes! I would definitely come back here the next time I need a new battery (which hopefully won't be for a while as mine is brand new).

Brought in a phone with a broken front glass from having dropped phone. I subsequently also had a burned lcd from a ELD app that I was using. I went ahead with a new lcd replacement, which came with a new front glass as well as a new battery. Was able to have all done at a fraction of the cost for a new phone. Very HaPpY and satisfied customer. Batteries+, you guys ROCK !!!
