This is a good area at the Mall, I think the items are too costly though, but sometimes they have good deals. It is guaranteed that it this is a cool place that everyone would wish to be at.

Went in today (as per today’s date was end of sale on foamy hand soap) only to find out sale ended today at 6:00 a.m. - hours that the store is not even open?. Very upset. Was planning on spending over $50 on hand soap & refills. Store doesn’t have these sales that often ($2.95 & $9.99). Should not show the last day of sale on hours they are not even open (midnight to 6:00 a.m.). Very frustrating.

I absolutely love B&BW. I live in the U.K. and even though we can get a limited range there, the prices are extortionate. As such, when I’m in the US I stock up on my favourites and try out some new scents too. It’s definitely part of my self-care routine. Please review the prices charged in the U.K. it’s making the product cost-prohibitive.

Very very slow checkout process. Waited in line behind only 2 people with 2 registers open and it took 10-15 minutes before I it was my turn. Never like going for this reason. Every store is like this. Too many questions at the checkout adds to the time and frustration.

I've never had a salesperson on a sales floor be more helpful in my entire life!! Ashley asked if there was anything I needed help with finding and I said yes, I was here to buy some body mist. She diligently got to showing me what she had on hand (literally) but after saying it was too sweet and I was more a fan of floral she showed me several helpful options and had a great attitude the whole time -- like I was literally having fun lol. Finally it came down to two scents and she sprayed them again for me narrowing it down to Gingham Gorgeous and I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. Ashley is a great asset to the bath and body team

The store manager, Ashley, was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me in a replacement order from corporate! This store is ALWAYS clean, well staffed, and stocked with a massive variety. I'll definitely become a more frequent 'in person' customer, as I am SO pleased with the customer service (and the scents, too)!
