Like many of us, I spent months trying to motivate myself to workout on my own schedule in the comfort of my own home... unsuccessfully! I finally took the plunge and tried out my first Spin Cycle class with Sarah at Barre 563 and was not disappointed. While I could not quite keep up with the class, I did not once feel judged in the comforting and safe environment that this establishment has to offer. They accept ALL levels of fitness, including complete novices like myself. The instructor provides a great deal of motivation during the Cycling... and I was able to push myself harder than I would have in my own home on my own treadmill. I have signed up for a few of there other classes that they have to offer, and I cannot wait to experience those as well. As an introvert, walking into a new place with strangers can be intimidating but this establishment and all the attendees makes you feel OK and understand that we are all there because we WANT to better ourselves, and I definitely recommend visiting to absolutely anyone who wants to achieve overall better health (mentally and physically) in their lives.

Awesome hard workout. They do an excellent job keeping it clean and well spaced during covid.

I love doing barre workouts with Barre563! the instructors do a fantastic job making fun, challenging workouts. I love that they do the workout with you and give reminders to make sure that you're doing the moves correctly and engaging the right muscles to protect the body and build strength. I have only great things to say

I've been attending classes at Barre563 for almost 4 years. To me, that says a lot about the classes, instructors and studio. To date, I've not done any other type of classes for this amount of time. The variety, the ability to do modifications for an exercise, and the level of instructor all speak to the effectiveness of Barre. There is no competition to keep up with your neighbor. You can work at your own pace and the results reflect the effort you put into your workout. Don't be afraid - just do it! You'll be glad you did!

I attended my first class almost a year and a half ago now and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I stepped completely outside my comfort zone to even walk into the studio, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and encouraging. I've experienced so many positive changes in my body, including muscle tone and a stronger core. Each class is a challenge and I love the satisfaction I feel after. It's a total body workout, and as a runner, it's proven to be an excellent cross training option for the all-around strength of my legs. While training for my first 10K/Half Marathon challenge weekend, I cut back my time at the studio because I was worried about overtraining. I battled knee pain during both races despite wearing a brace and KT tape. Lesson learned. When I continued training for my second challenge weekend a couple months later, I kept to my usual barre schedule and ran pain free with only taped knees. Aside from the physical aspects, I've also made some great friends during my time here. More often than not, the hour I spend at class is one of the best parts of my day.

I went with my daughter for my first visit Oct 2016. I am not a gym person and very shy. I immediately felt welcomed at this studio. I have continued to go at least twice a week since. Everyone from the teachers to the students are friendly and encouraging. I absolutely love it! Never thought I would ever say that about working out. I have seen so many improvements in my strength and tone. My posture is improved as well as my self esteem. To address the ONLY poor review here- I guess to each their own. But I intend to continue driving from East Moline all the way to Bettendorf for this great class!

I signed up for the 15 day trial- I LOVED MY FIRST CLASS!!The energy is so nice and the people who attend are very welcoming. I'll admit, the movements themselves are easy but definitely challenging! It's so clean and well kept! The best part is there are more than just barre classes. You can also take cycling, yoga, etc. Definitely considering purchasing an unlimited month of classes so I can have an excuse to leave the house

Barre563 is everything I have needed. I have been going to classes since April and I can feel an overall change in my body. The classes give a different challenge each time. I get so excited for every class I attend. The instructors are informative and incredibly helpful. I love this place!

Barre 563 has helped me learn to listen to my body, while toning and lengthening my muscles. The workouts are very challenging, and can be modified for any fitness level. The studio is new and bright, the owner is welcoming and was eager to help me obtain my fitness goals. They offer many different classes to fit into your schedule, as well as different types of classes. I love it!

The instructors are so nice, the workouts are as intense and effective as you want to make them. If you focus on form and push yourself, you'll see results. I always feel very good and like I'm more aligned with better posture and have more energy and motivation after class. I have been attending for 1.5 weeks and already see results.
