Had my brother's taxes done there for him. Picked them up and from them and my brother doesn't feel like the taxes are right so he wants to take them somewhere else to have them double checked before he has them filed. They told me that I had to bring the tax papers back to them and I told them I didn't have to because my brother already paid for them and they are his. He paid B&C for the taxes and he has the right to go somewhere else to get a second opinion so I called B&C tax services and told them not to e-file them because he was going to have them taken somewhere else and they wanted to know why and I told them and they got irate with me and then told me never to come back there and they were very nasty. Would never go back to them!!! If I could put no stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Trying to get a hold of anyone is ridiculous. We got notification from the IRS that we still owed money. Obviously, we wanted to discuss it with B&C first. We kept trying to call and set up a meeting since they did our taxes, but we could only get a hold of them through email and they were very rude. Turns out they put an incorrect number somewhere, but we figured this out on our own without help from them. I will not be returning and I would not recommend.

I do not recommend this tax service. They did not calculate my taxes property and they had to be redone. I was in the process of buying a home and my lender would not accept their work because it was not correct. I almost lost the home. I never knew how important competent tax preparation can be. They also charged me nearly twice the cost I was quoted. They would not release my taxes unless I paid. I filed a complain with the IRS and the Iowa attorney general. I am a Soldier stationed at Rock Island Arsenal. I also spoke with an attorney on the installation because of the situation with my pending home purchase. These guys are not professionals in my view. Be very carefully. They would not take debit or credit card. I was told to pay in cash.
