I take Teddy my 7 ½ month labradoodle to Camp Canine 2-3 days a week. Teddy absolutely loves it. The staff is always wonderful, always patient and very nice. I have also boarded both of my dogs here and the service is phenomenal and they take such good care of my boys. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a camp or boarding.

I called in on Tuesday with a medical issue with one of my dogs and Mindy got me in as soon as she could and Dr Rob had it figured out and had an answer for me within 15 mins !! This is why I love this Vet clinic ..they truly care !!

Sophie and Dr. Rob were amazing with Boris. They both took their time with our visit and answered all our questions. Also went thru each step as they were doing the exam. So thankful for them as I was a bit nervous taking Boris to the vet for the first time.

Nurse Kaylee was very pleasant and helpful with all of the questions I had, and was very tentative to the 3-4 week old kittens I brought in for an initial/worm shot. Shout out to Kaylee and Dr. Meredith for helping two tiny boys get on the right track!

Looking for a new Vet, this clinic won't answer their phone. Message says busy with other clients. Left message with my #. Hour later I get a text asking who and when I want to schedule for. Texted to call me. No call. I've never heard of new client communication via text. Not going to text all my personal info, Pet info and ask them to get records from old Vet plus picking a date and time....all via text, no Thank you

I have been with Animal Family Veterinary for 10+ years. I am not sure where the processes changed or when the level of care changed. I have a cat and he has developed Hypothyroidism. I was given meds for him and little to no instructions. I've asked for help with giving him the meds and really haven't gotten much in terms of advice. I recently asked if there was another thing to try instead of pills and they instructed me to use their website and order what I wish. Their website has no instructions or guidance on the meds. Just doses and amounts, that indicate to consult with your veterinarian. So I've asked for help and have waited all day for no reason and no one reaching back out to help me.
