Jose gave me excellent service, and the prices that I got on the furniture I purchased were outstanding. The real benefit was having a five-year warranty on top of the one year manufacturer warranty where they will replace the items. No questions asked if I file a claim and they come out and see that the furniture has been damaged, this is highly affordable furniture, and looks stylish. It is not extremely high-quality, but with the warranty, I feel very comfortable having it in my short term rentals.

PLEASE READ!!At first experience was great. We worked with Jose. He was very helpful and kind the whole time. We had questions about delivery and returns since we don’t have a truck and there was a possible chance the furniture we wanted wasn’t going to fit but we really like the couch we picked out. We asked about delivery and he explained it was 3rd party and would be a cash payment when delivery drivers get there. Totally fine with us. We also asked about return policy incase it dosent fit and he said we had 48 hours to bring it back but the delivery drivers would bring it back if it dosent fit into the door ways. I asked if there was any extra fees for returning and he said no the delivery drivers would just put it back in the truck and bring it back. Well they get here and it dosent fit which is no problem, we knew there was a chance. I paid the delivery drivers and verified they would bring it back to the store in which the delivery driver said no they don’t bring it back they bring it in and leave. Again I was told they would bring it back no problem. Luckily the delivery driver was very nice and kind enough to bring it back anyway. So delivery experience was 5/5. I go back to the store to get my return for the couch. I was not greeted by Jose when I walked in and not a word was said to me until he handed me my receipt. I even tried to complement the rug prices and got nothing back. The situation felt like I was going through a break up and was back to pick up my stuff. Over all I did get my money back and the furniture returned. Beginning of the process was very nice but was lied to and then felt like I was in the wrong because it didn’t work out. I felt bad leaving one star bc it was still a good experience but could of been a bit better customer service and was lied too.

Went to this store after a not-so-great experience at a Mattress Firm store. Ben, a sales associate at this store, was pleasant and not too pushy. Ended up getting a new bed for a good price.
