I used their services for a VA medical evaluation on March 12. There was no waiting for my 4:00pm appointment. Support staff was friendly and efficient. Nick was excellent. He was thorough, asked good questions and listened well. Any veteran can use their services with confidence.

So I just wanted to give yall an update on the pricing for the hair follicle tests I paid $85 for a 5 panel drug screen and im almost sure that doesn't include the M/O for those who don't know what an M/O is its means Medical Officer I do recommend this place for any one that needs an drug screen done they have multiple types of testing not just hair follicle

Service was good price for the drug test is expensive especially if you take meds and need a mo which is a medical officer to review your drug screen price of the hair follical is $194 with mo it cost $220

I had to renew my medical card for my CDL and was sent here by my company.The lady at the desk was friendly and professional. She had me fill out a sleep study form and a disclosure form.I didn't wait very long and I was called back into the exam area for my physical.The Advanced Practice Nurse that performed my DOT physical was professional and explained the different procedures prior to doing them.He would then tell me the result of that test i.e. blood pressure, heart rate,etc.I will tell my company that I prefer to get my DOT physicals at Alltest from now on. Excellent facility and staff!

Lady was nice. Paid extra for over night testing.. still waited the normal amount of time 4-5 business days. What a scam..Also all other positive reviews were by workers/friends trying to boost ratings. Uncomfortable/ unprofessional. Simple, go somewhere besides a janky looking hole in the wall to be tested.
