What a wonderful experience! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel so welcome, the office was very busy and I assumed it would be a long wait but the staff was prompt and efficient my wait was very short!Dr. Jones was kind and knowledgeable. I'm so pleased with the care I received!I have suffered with Allergy's for a very long time and I am so happy to finally have the care I need to help keep myself healthy.

Best medical facility I have ever been to in my life. The nurses that did my allergy testing were incredibly friendly, and Dr Andrea Jones was amazing! I feel like doctors always rush me and never listen to me, but she sat patiently with me until all my questions were answered, and even talked me through the insurance info for allergy injections. I felt very comfortable and at-home here, and am looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

My husband, daughter, and I all go here for allergy testing and shots. It was taken over by Dr. Andrea Jones and she does a wonderful job. The staff is great and has worked with us to get shots done in a timely manner. They are professional and kind. Everything is explained. I an after hours issue and Dr. Jones was quick to get back to me with a solution. We would highly recommend this place!

My experience with Dr. Maves was nothing but unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and hurtful. As my sons Mother, I am well aware that he can be hyperactive and extremely impulsive however, it is a part of who he is. Just because my son is himself does not mean I will shelter him, nor will I shy away from bringing him to a professional medical office to receive the proper help that he is truly needing. From the moment Dr. Maves walked in the room there was tension and an uneasy vibe that came with her. The way Dr. Maves addressed my son throughout the evaluation was stern, rude and without compassion. My boy has frequent episodes of impulsive movements and hyperactivity to the point where he literally cannot sit still; he just simply cannot control this. Dr. Maves frequently stared at my son in the most judgmental glare throughout the ENTIRE evaluation. At one point she asked my boy to lay back so she can continue her exam. Which my son did just that but his legs impulsively and energetically went with him almost nudging her in the face (which yes, absolutely unacceptable on my sons part.) I apologized to Dr. Maves for his behaviors although that did not seem to matter since she didn't care to acknowledge my attempts to make amends and instead completely ignored me. What seemed to matter to her was making sure that my son did not break the metal exam table by sitting on it and turning over to his stomach a few times and turning back; or somehow breaking the door latch by pushing it in and letting it retract. I became extremely disappointed in the care she was providing and the compassion someone in her profession can lack. It is people like Dr. Maves that makes it more difficult for parents with hyperactive children to be confident and it is people like her that make parents roles more stressful because we are judged for having children that unfortunately need extra tools in life to cope with impulses or control certain behaviors. I have been doing everything in my power to address the cards my son has been dealt in life and I am right by his side every step of the way and to come across an individual who lacks compassion especially in the medical field should be ashamed; I should not be the one ashamed because my son is an astonishing young man and my heart SHATTERED when this Doctor glared at my son in disgust. I became emotional during the exam and walked out of the office with tears rolling down my face due to how my child was treated by Dr. Maves. It seemed at one point she did not care to even continue the evaluation after I expressed to her how disappointed and disgusted I was with her care for my son. Instead of taking account for her own actions and behaviors, she apologized to me and stated, "I'm sorry you feel that way."The only individual at that office that expressed great compassion and made my experience bright just prior to meeting Dr. Maves was Registered Nurse Karen. She walked me and my very energetic son back to the room in full conversation, a smile on her face and every intent to help my son in the way he needed. I even spoke with Nurse Karen an hour or two after our visit to follow up on a question I had. She still expressed nothing but patient care and handled my call with great patient service. I am in the medical field myself and appreciate those individuals who actually express and push compassion and patient service. It truly does make a patients experience more comfortable. Thank you Karen.

I'm an adult who developed an immune system issue. Dr. Maves has been awesome working to get to the root of the problem. The staff has been pleasant to work with also.

I was very impressed with Dr. Maves attentiveness, understanding, and knowledge. Unlike other providers who have just tried a "quick fix" or to mask the problem, she provided me with a staged program to improve my daughters condition. I never felt rushed and she answered every question. And, within just a couple days, I have seen a tremendous amount of improvement! I am so glad my daughter is her patient.

The staff is extremely rude on the phone and in person. Wow...we will be looking for a different place immediately. Just ridiculous to treat people so rudely!

Nicole is the best! Not only did she help me get my allergies and asthma in check, she helped me fight my employer for triggering them. She also has the best bedside manor. Highly recommend

The two doctors and staff are the best in the quad cities in regards to healthcare, concern and understanding. Their patient care is EXCEPTIONAL, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING!!!
