Total life saver!! Called and went EVERYWHERE possible in the quad cities looking for Black and Decker power tools needing a charger for mine and not only are they the only ones in the QCA to carry B & D tools but also had what I needed. Awesome staff as always, thank you so much Ace!!

I called 15 minutes before closing and let them know I needed some paint and a couple of screws, the women who answered was very kind and told me they were open and would still help me, I showed up at 5:50, 10 minutes before they closed the women I spoke to on the phone greeted me and remembered our call. A younger gentleman scanned the paint chip I brought with me and got me the appropriate size and gloss of paint I needed, helped with getting the proper paint brush and screws. Not once did I feel rushed, or did I feel the employees were annoyed that I was there right before closing. I recommend this place any day now, thank you so much for helping me and putting me first!

I went in today to Hayman's. I have been in there before. It is my local hardware store andthey are always so nice to me. I had a helpful gentleman named Frank who cut a board for me to support a window Air Conditioner. He also helped me with the caulking gun and getting the right caulk for me to caulk a window.
He was kind and put up with my photos of measurements which I actually had done incorrectly.
I am grateful for this store which provides REAL customer service.
I always enjoy the lady with long black hair at the cash register too as well, she is so pleasant, even if I'm just buying a couple of bottles of soda.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. Almost went def from train 10ft from front door but that's not their fault. Definitely recommend going here

They greet you when you walk in and ask if you need help, but then follow you around like you’re going to steal something. I saw another review mentioning the same thing, it’s really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve been here twice now and its happened both times. Another review mentioned this same situation. I’m definitely not coming back.

I told my son in law when he bought his first house in both Oklahoma and Nebraska is one of the first things you do is locate and visit the nearest ACE Hardware. I find them all to be exceptional as Haymans is all of the time. Some things are a little higher then say Menards but at ACE you get the right part the First time.
