We highly recommend Abbey Carpet Gallery. They just put new carpet and LVP in our basement. The installation crew was very professional and performed quality work. Dan, Lee, and Bill were all helpful as we worked through selecting the correct flooring for the space. We will be using Abbey for future flooring needs.

I just had a new carpet installed from Abbey Carpet for my home and am so impressed by the depth of experience in the staff in the showroom, as well as the installers who came in on time and were able to install in a shorter window than expected. I highly recommend Bill and his team at Abbey Carpet Gallery! Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable with helping me make a decision on picking a hard wood floor. Everything from ordering to installation went exceptionally well. Garrett and Cameron did an amazing job with installing the floor and never left for the day without making sure everything was the way they found it. Thank you all for making my vision come true!

I am astonished by the amazing customer service I received at Abbey Carpet Gallery. The owner takes so much pride in his business and it shows!! Honestly, the service deserves 10 stars! There was a minor mistake, and the owner was at my house in 20 minutes to fix it. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ve ever done business with a better retailer. Hands down, they have all our future business!!!

Immediately upon arriving at Abbey Carpet my wife and I where greeted by Kim. After sharing our story, Kim took us through the options we where considering. Kim offered to come to our home, and share her ideas. We brought samples home, and thought we had narrowed it down to two choices. Kim took us in a different direction, and now that the flooring is in, we are so grateful we had Kim to guide us through the process. Kim didn't stop with the sale, she followed up during the installation and when finished visited with us to make sure we where happy with not only the flooring but the whole process.Our installer was Jeff and couldn't believe one person could handle the tear out and installation. Jeff's quality of workmanship was of the highest standard. Jeff completed the work on time and cleaned up when finished. Can't think of another installer I would want in my home doing flooring.A heart felt thank you to Bill, Kim, and Jeff for a wonderful experience during our updating of flooring. We feel we have made new friends and so blessed we reached out to Abbey Carpet Gallery. God Bless and Merry Christmas to all.

The team at Abbey Carpets are fabulous! Bill helped me pick out (an affordable!) beautiful carpet I love, and it was installed (perfectly by Lee) within a couple of weeks! Cannot recommend highly enough!
