I don't agree with Stephanie P. The post office is doing the best they can with staff and assisting customers. The heat was out that day ~ these things happen. Also, the renewing of and getting new Passports is new at this location so there is probably a learning curve here. I go to this post office everyday and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the best!

The post office was very disorganized and understaffed. I went to renew my passport and they were ridiculously behind. I had an appointment and it took a total of 2 hours to be waited on. I thought I had plenty of time between appointments but I was almost late to my next appointment plus there was no time for lunch as who would have thought with an appointment it would take two hours to be helped. Not only was it slow it was incredibly cold in there. The temp. was probably in the 50 degrees range plus there was nowhere to sit. Shame on you USPS. This was unfair the the employee and the customers. Note: There was an employee that was taking care of the package customers that was delightfully happy. He had a can-do attitude. I had so much time to observe him and he treated each customer as they were the most important person. Kudos to him!
