“I came across Bob Brown Chevrolet while rotting on Autotrader looking for an X5. Within a couple of hours of sending an inquiry, Jamie Scott reached out and was amazing to work with. He was able to graciously answer all my questions, from the condition of the car to sending out the paperwork. He was also very accommodating, being that I am out of state, he let my friend inspect the car on my behalf and bring the car to BMW of Des Moines for a pre-purchase inspection.
Needless to say, I purchased the car and got the vehicle shipped.

“This place is amazing and so awesome to work with! I had my car on Turo (never again I know) and someone had crashed into my car. Not knowing what to do, I went to West Side Auto Body for a quote and told them my situation. They let me schedule my car to get fixed when the financials weren’t figured out yet just to get me on the schedule and worked with me and Turo for the claim and supplemental charges. They made a stressful situation seem like nothing and now my car looks good as new. They even ensured it got an alignment when they found out it needed one! “I went to go get new windshield wipers as mine were incredibly worn. Angel helped me get the right sizes (I had gotten 2 of the sizes wrong with my Google results), and she came out and replaced them for me. While she was changing them, the guy next to me pointed out that I was missing 2 lug nuts. We went back in, and she grabbed the right ones for me. After that, Daniel came out and put the lug nuts on my tire for me. A very nice and helpful team, and I will definitely be going back to this location!”

“BEST PLACE TO GET BODY WORK DONE!!! We had two deer come up out of the ditch and hit our car 8 days apart. One on the drivers side and one in the passenger side ?. Jeff went above and beyond including buffing the yellowed headlamp on the side that didn’t have to be replaced and washed and vacuumed the car after 3 months of being in the dusty desert! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANY BODY WORK!!”
