Good location: within walking distance to library, bank and Fareway grocery store.
If there is a problem within my apartment, management always takes care of it in reasonable time period.
Tenants are friendly. I’ve made quite a few friends.

While attending a community sale at Summit House I noticed how pretty the gathering room had been. The parking lot had been easy to access the building. The Summit House apartments are such a nice addition to the Creston community.
