“I was in there on 6/19 and 6/20 looking for a missing package. Went to the main hub in Des Moines they were less then helpful. Went to Creston hub since I was working in Creston. And Josh helped me try to locate it. He was the only one that went all out trying to help. Thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and how far he went to help. The guy definitely needs a raise or extra PTO. Wished all customer service was that good. Thank you Josh.”
