I avoid Casey’s like the plague. Every now and again I have to use them. Every time I go in there I have the unfortunate pleasure of the same cashier. Red head and beard. He has his homies hanging in there. Anything I get he holds behind the cash register until the payment goes through. Just drives me nuts!!! When payment goes through he hands it to me. I’m not a thief! I told him once that he didn’t have to worry I wouldn’t run with the cigs. He replied “It’s Ok Man”. I’m an old man. I cannot run very fast. Oh and please spare me the corporate generic response too!

My wife just came in a few minutes ago and the kitchen lady named amy got really snippy because my wife was waiting on amy to put the fresh pizza slices in the warmer while she was waiting Amy told her to go to another caseys to get food my wife just called to speak to the manager heather but amy answered the phone and started getting really disrespectful towards my wife on the phone and then hung up on my wife that is not okay to talk to anybody like that and it needs to be handled asap

I cant believe these lazy employees had the audacity to tell me theyre not aloud to put lettuce or onions on a burger..lol. im absolutely done w caseys , .officially the worst convenience store chain around iowa. Caseys used to be top notch operation. Kwik trip and kum and go have left caseys in the dust. Have watched them go way down hill the last 1.5 yrs...horrible leadership.

The service in here has gotten so much worse, the line can be to the bathroom and the employees will be more concerned about there personal conversations ??

They have a note saying no cashapp have been using cashapp forever all over stores and never had a problem if there no cashapp I will never shop at Casey’s

KUDOS to the young man at Creston Hwy 34 Caseys that had just checked out of his work shift, at this store, to help at a register, again while NOT clocked in, while management stood and watched the line of customers grow to the back of the store. One young man was trying to run two registers and doing a phenomenal job while several employees stood and watched. Customers keep money flowing thru these businesses but the management just stood around and watched. Wonderful to see young people jump in and help. What in the world is wrong with management at this store??? 10 am on Monday morning June 12, 2023.

My favorite Creston Casey's. Maybe because it's open 24/7 but also because some people can make a great sandwich.
