“One of the most trustworthy places I’ve ever brought my car too. They fixed my 2009 Civic in 2023 and this past month, extending its usability. Both times my car was running better after bringing it to the shop than before and had no issues that needed to be checked again. They also are very fair with prices and will give you an honest answer on what’s really wrong with your car so that you don’t overspend. Highly recommend bringing your car here even just for a check up to prevent issues that may occur. I’ve saved thousands by not having to buy a new car yet”

“Exceptional, 10/10. Came in with an overheating/AC issue with my car that Firestone gave up on trying to find. About 15 minutes after dropping it off Matt gave me a call and already had it figured out. Both Matt and April were communicative, proactive, and professional, Matt even showed me how my radiator fan was seizing up with his thought process behind finding out the issue. Picked up the car same day. Will be coming here from now on and I recommend Lyle's to anyone.”

“This place is the best! Been coming here over 25 years. John went above and beyond when I showed up the Friday before Labor Day weekend without an appointment. My radiator was leaking fluid and because I had to drive to Minnesota for a reunion the next day he got me in. Unbelievably fortunate for me. I purchased four new Cooper tires for my truck and they put them on right away. Unfortunately, I was shown that my radiator had a crack in it. John wasn’t sure if they could take care of that due to how busy they were. Not to mention all the scheduled appointments. Anyway, John did get my truck in and gave me a loner to drive so I wouldn’t have to sit there all day waiting. Fantastic customer service above and beyond the call to duty! Then Scott did a great job installing my new radiator. He did his best to get the job done before closing time at 5pm. At 4:30 Scott handed me my keys and said it was done. He even explained what he found and had to do. Then he wished me to have a great time at the reunion! Not just mechanics here, but real people, like you and I. People who believe in giving outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Midwest Tire to anyone with an automotive need. They are truly one of the areas best. “I've had my Honda Odyssey in here twice. They weren't my "usual" shop, but when my regular mechanic was off work for and extended period of time due to medical issues, my alternator went out. After calling around to a few different shops in the area, these folks were one of the only ones in town who could take a look at it within a week. Everyone I encountered there was courteous and professional even in the midst of very a very busy time (phone must've rung 5 times while I was there). The work they did was good and when I encountered issues with the alternator again within the allotted warranty, they got my vehicle in right away and remedied the issue. Will definitely be back for more work in the future. Good work done at a fair price with great customers service (which seems to be a rarity these days).”

“I’ve been coming here for years, yes they get busy and you have to wait. Great job, wasn’t in a hurry for a change, they were super busy, dropped off my rims got new tires within a couple of hours. I use this shop exclusively, Bob and front service staff are great, this shop not only does tires but mechanical also.”
“Went in to get the oil changed in my fusion and it was a fast process. The only problem I had was i noticed my car smelled like burning oil that same day drove it to work the next day and when I got to work I noticed I had oil pouring out the bottom of my car. I immediately took it back to them and they found the oil filter o ring had a cut in it. They fixed it and refunded me the money I spent to put oil in it to get it back there. I don’t think this had anything to do with them or the shop at all. They told me next time I come there I get a free oil change on them. I am thankful they went out of the way to take care of the problem everyone was super nice. I’ll be back for sure”

“Had a shimmy when braking. Took it to another place. They replaced my rear brakes which didn't fix the issue. Took it back and they now wanted to replace my front pads and rotors as well. I decided to take it here. I believe he was straightforward and honest with me. He turned the rotors, and kept the same pads, which still have a lot of life on them. That resolved the issue. He charged me less than 1/4 what the other place was trying to get out of me. He was honest with me and resolved the problem. Definitely recommend him!Service: Auto brake repair”
