“10th street down town Sandra Rodriguez, and Alexa were so helpful I’ve never been explained all the credit details so well and clear in a way I understood they both deserve raises because no one else at any other branches have ever offered to explain things that are super helpful to people. Also maybe other bankers can get trained to inform other cobalt members can benefit from.”
“I stopped at this bank when visiting Omaha. I was desperate to cash a check for gas money to return home. I had left my ATM card in a machine and lost it. They offered no help because I didn't bank there. The customer service call center told me that these decisions were up to the branch manager. The teller wouldn't allow me to speak to the branch manager at all. I had ID and my mother has banked her her whole life. She's 94 years old. None of that mattered. I had to find a check cashing agency that charged me 10% of the check amount. I wouldn't recommend this bank anymore. No empathy for a traveler in need.”

“I've always had good service at all locations except for one time when I asked for a loan. Don't remember the gentleman's name but he had a corner office and wasn't very pleasant. If you hate your job or burnt out go on a vacation or quit. I ended up going somewhere else to get an auto loan because of him. I still bank with FNBO but it's because of the other staff that smile and greet customers.”
