Terrible service ?. I have owed two years in a row now which makes no sense. Girl at the desk is rude, dog is annoying. Never going here again. If I could put zero stars I would.

SMALL BUSINESS OWNER BEWARE**We had hired this place in 2021 to do our book keeping, IFTA & taxes. In 2023, after dropping off all proper paperwork in February- we never heard anything until April 18th.We asked for proof of an extension (on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS) & was never provided with one.**We picked up all our “book keeping” and paperwork so we could go else where.Come to find out, our book keeping was NEVER done. The business we hired had to go back through everything to actually do our bookkeeping. Also no proof of IFTA filing, no documentation, NOTHING.So wondering what I even paid for.This place is an absolute nightmare. And I would avoid this at all costs.I will 100% be reporting them in every way possible.

If I could give negative stars I would. They can NEVER file anyone's taxes on time. Threatening to sue you if you complain. Always had that big nasty dog in the office. Can't keep employees. And she has terrible math skills. Stay away!!!!I was not a customer. My family was. And as I was the caretaker of their finances, I had to deal with this person. She also helped my father get an ILLEGAL loan. All evidence was turned over to the county attorney. Karma is coming!

They have an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff that will make sure you understand your taxes fully. They treat everyone like family and even have a lovable dog to greet you. I highly recommend this place to get your taxes done.
