I always come to this Walgreens to pick up my prescription. I also never write bad reviews or reviews in general but the lady I talked to tonight in the pharmacy drive through was very rude. I simply came to pick up my order because I am really sick and once I told her that she straight up gave me an attitude and told me to go to the front cause it would take to long for her. EVEN though I selected the drive thru pick up option. I'm sorry but that's laziness . Otherwise the ladies at the front your amazing and always are whenever I come here .

Good customer service would include helping a customer find a coupon on the Walgreens app. Instead of lecturing the customer to down load all the coupons that they are going to use before they stop into the store... Not just once but three times the employee repeated that they frown upon standing in line and clipping the coupon. Didn't plan on stopping into the store just happened to see it advertised on a sale tag under the product. Ended up not being able to use the coupon. She could of helped me... Walgreens on East Broadway at 11:00pm on November 21st...

If I could give the managers , esp the manager working today a negative star I would. I have never felt so disrespected for another person, esp an employee! He was rude to her, gave me and her both dirty looks because he had to get his lazy self up and go to the back to get change . Was mad that she isn’t telling customers to stop using 100s, looked at me and said “we will not be accepting these anymore” which is fine because I will GLADY take my business somewhere else. If you can’t do your money order RIGHT then maybe you shouldn’t be doing manager duties AT ALL.

Very poor staffed not trained at all. Can't find anyone in system can't fill prescription after 36 mins on phone with staff. I will no longer ever use this store , maybe they should train or take extra time and learn from other store. 132nd and center found me in 5 mins and said they will have it filled and ready in 15 mins. Took me 20 mins to get there and it was ready no wait

I'm done and will be switching pharmacy. They are fill meds that I don't take and don't authorize and cancel things I need. After the last wlfew years of this I have hit my breaking point after paying for meds that I had a reaction to that was filled with out me asking and canceled 3 weeks prior to picking up all my meds. Then today the med I need that was filled on Tuesday was canceled with even informing me so I could talk with my dr and get it fixed before this weekend. I will no longer use Walgreens for anything.

Kristy is racist. My sister worked there and she would always think she was stealing just because of her skin color. She also told my sister once “I hate black people.” What kind of person says that. She also my siblings and I for being “making messes and throwing stuff everywhere” when my little sibling only played with one ball.

It hurts me so badly it only gives the store a 4 when it deserves a 5 because of the employee named Christie she's worked there for 30 years East Broadway council bluff Place would fall apart without her and they would get a review of one. I changed it to 5 because I forgot how helpful Bradley Is

Went in for passport pick for our 10.5 month old twins and they were less than thrilled. The workers and the manager stepped up and helped to get some great pics with some cookie rewards lol. Thank you goes to the manager who opened a bag of cookies on his dime and rewarded them with yummies. (I tried to pay for the cookies and they refused $$) great work Walgreens, this man is a keeper!

The most worthless pharmacy in council bluffs there is never a pharmacist on duty most of the time and they send messages to pick your meds up when you show up to get them they are like it's just entered and we are working on them now but it will be 20 minute the most worthless walgreens ever

This review is for the pharmacy. My daughter needs daily anti-epilepsy medicine that is critical she not miss even one dose. Because of this, we will now be switching pharmacies after multiple issues with them billing her insurance inaccurately and making it very difficult to correct. When we are dealing with such vital medication, I would expect more attention to be paid to the dosage, quantity, and number of days. Especially when the issue has happened before.

Consumer beware! We ordered some items via their app. Many were buy one get one 50% off. Cutely enough, they only had 1 of some items as they were "out of stock" for the second item. I figured, okay they will discount the 1st (and only item?) they had in stock. No! They charge full price for the first item--in effect a 25% markup. For example, if I were purchasing an item that costs $10 and it was a BOGO 50% off, then 2 items would cost $15 or $7.50 each. However, if they don't have the other item in stock you get to pay full price. This is at least misrepresentation, at most false advertising. Walgreens needs to fix this!!!

I would hope that corporate would care. They're building smells like gas and I got dizzy walking past a section there in the store tonight. I hope that someone will take this serious and do something about the toxic gas leaking into the workplace. I hope that osha gets involved
