I told pharmacist keep the change she was unable to count how much money i get back after getting my prescription!!! Didn't exsplain how use it eaither went ro my drs office have them show me .young uneducated and unable to know how much change to give back.so wasn't going stand there any longer.go back to highschool learn to do math please

I've been to this Walgreens a few times over the years and it was always a pleasant experience. I came in a couple months ago to get a passport photo taken and the whole process was a breeze. The gentleman working the photo department was really nice as well. He knew exactly what to do and what the process was. I would come back here for any photo that I need to take in the future.

The pharmacy staff really pulled out all stops to help me tonight. I am traveling in Iowa to visit one of my kids at college. My insurance doesn’t work here so I had to pay for a doctor’s visit and my meds out of pocket.They really took the time to help me out, both on the phone and in person. They were patient about it, too, so I didn’t feel like a total loser trying to get the cost down.Thank you so much. I was having a pretty rotten day and your excellent customer service went a long way toward making me feel better.

Came in on a Wed night. 24 hours is great. Friendly clerk and most importantly they carried the 1632 battery!!! Really a life saver as I went to two gas stations and the Hyvee and none of them carried it. Can always depend on Walgreens.

You have some woman that work the phones and the register in the pharmacy with little to no etiquette. They are rude. Dismissive. And under educated for all that money that was wasted for their degrees. If ya don't like your job then work some where you do like! Treating people like dirt will only come back to you. This has been multiple times over the last couple months.

Always friendly, willing to help, takes time to help each individual with their needs. Yes, drive through can busy and a bit slow, but prepare to have a wait, they are seriously busy and doing their best to serve each person.
