Excellent experience with rep James. He handled everything which made switching over a breeze! James also made sure I had all my questions and concerns handled before I left and I had a lot!!! I really appreciated his patience with me!

I absolutely think the Verizon store on Broadway in council bluffs iowa was absolutely the best in town ! Very welcoming, nice , and very helpful ! Definitely recommend this location to anyone !!

I went to Verizon at Metro Crossing today and did not have a good experience at all. Was told to call Verizon and when I opted to stay, waited almost an hour while no one asked what my concerns were; many employees appeared to just be standing at their stations not helping the line of people waiting so I walked out. My husband encouraged me to go to this store on Broadway. Jonathan was working and was great to work with! He got me set up with a new phone which was exactly what I was looking for. I told him that my experience at his store was completely different than the store at Metro Crossing. Will never go to Metro Crossing again and will only go to Jonathan's store!

Thru are efficient at what they do. But they will do math concerning your bill that never comes to fruition. Plan on 50 to 75 bucks more than whatever they say

Rep unfriendly & wouldn't service request to stop service although all literature in mail said I could go to any location. She said I had to go to a corporate office. Why are these reps so rude? I walked in with a cane after having had outpatient surgery. Glad you had carpet. That was the only thing I was glad about.
