Stopped in this Verizon branch to purchase a new phone for my husband. We were very fortunate to be helped by James. He was very patient, helpful, and attentive. He went above and beyond to help us select and set up the new phone. Both he and his associate offered professional advice and recommendations regarding our purchase and service. We would highly recommend James and this Verizon location.

They didn't seem to want to help...it was baffling. My mom went in to ask questions about a gizmo watch for my niece and was met with a ton of resistance because she is not a Verizon customer.

Excellent experience with rep James. He handled everything which made switching over a breeze! James also made sure I had all my questions and concerns handled before I left and I had a lot!!! I really appreciated his patience with me!
