Awful!!! Was told my cash wasnt right in my deposit (which it was) then after being told they could help me by their business banker I was turned away when I was simply just making a deposit for my husband. Then was shorted $20 when they gave me everything back bc they now say they cant help me. It went to voicemail when I tried to call to have their teller balance bc I want all of the money back I sent in not was miscounted and I bet their teller will be over if they count their drawer. Both times I have been here their customer service has been awful and no one is on the same page apparently as far as procedures go.

I've with Us bank since 2011 and every experience has been pleasant until now clearly I know the person is new and I understand it takes time but Kat who was helping her made the situation worse by belittling the person doing my CD loan. I felt sorry for her so much that I'm on the fence about keeping my account here. Hopefully it gets better thanks for your time.

Don’t waste your time opening accounts here like I did if you plan on making mobile deposits. $200.00 maximum mobile deposit? What a joke!!!I was told today it’s a trust issue. Once they earn my trust it will be raised. I’m not going to bank somewhere that won’t allow me to deposit my weekly payroll check.Time to close out my accounts and go elsewhere.

I stopped here to use the ATM, they knew the machine was having problems, but did not close it nor put a sign on it for anybody. When I want to use it it took my card and would not return it the lady at the death said they service ATM on Friday morning, and that I could retrieve my card then. I drove back to Council Bluffs (I live 45 minutes away) got there appx. 11-11:15 am. I tried to call the bank twice before I got there, no answer && when I arrived they said "the guy who services the ATM hasn't been there and he might show up today, but no guarantees. Boo ?

I have been banking with US Bank for almost 10 years now and they have always taken care of me whenever I have needed it and have a great app and website. If I need help I know I can always walk in to this location and get the service I need.

U.S. Bank is not a good bank to bank with. I have been so disappointed with them. Every time I have a problem, which has been alot recently, I call them they don't try to resolve any problems that come up and I have rude people on the other end. Today the lady hung up on me after I asked a question about my account. U.S. Bank is not getting my service anymore. I want a bank I can trust and one that respects me, not a bank that will hang up on me.

This place has great customer service. Every time I go in, the employees are always really nice and eager to help. They are very knowledgeable with everything banking as well. I have been coming to this bank for over 10 years and I don't see a reason to stop now.

I;ve been banking here with my husband for years and it's a good bank, especially if you live in Council Bluffs. There are a total of 4 bank branch locations, I think, in total. It makes it convient. The staff here are always nice and friendly. I don't like their hours and don't think they are suitable for early workers. I wish they'd open at 7:30, instead of 9! I do, however, like that they have stamps available via ATM. Online banking is super easy.
