High level of willingness when it comes to working with you, even if you're insurance suddenly dissipates. Very unique quality, even for a "mom & pop shop" that's not a chain. All of them work great and near flawlessly (as no ones perfect) even on days where they appear to be under immense pressure. And on those high pressure days, they refuse to snap, even at the most needy customers, and they remain 100% diplomatic, diligent, and respectful. However, the energy, the micro-expressions, the non-verbals, I can't help but not feel judged and second-rated for my foibles in their eyes. In all fairness, part of this could be due to my own insecurities of my character and self-image and them being a standout stand-alone buisness that pays closer attention to it's consumers. And, alot of times the ones most self-conscious and fearful of judgement are the most judgemental themselves.
