I was doing some Christmas shopping around 6pm today when I witnessed an elderly woman being very rude and condescending to an employee here named Vanessa. I followed them around to verify what I was hearing and this woman kept being a jerk, yet Vanessa kept her cool and was very helpful to this lady. Not sure what kind of employee shout-out or gift you can give, but give Vanessa all the raises for her patience and customer service.

We were greeted at the door and asked if we needed assistance...which we did. She got a very delightful young lady to take us directly to the products we needed. Assisted in picking out the correct color and showed us other products, too. Very nice to have such a good visit.

I can always find my Truly oils here and my Bare Minerals makeup. The prices are expensive, but you can get good deals on the app. Awesome hair care products and a variety of different makeup brands.

I'm absolutely convinced they do not have licensed professionals who handle their services.This is now my second time having a service done and it was, yet again, another hack job. I paid 25 dollars plus 5 for a tip to have my eyebrows destroyed. What a joke.

Scheduled an appointment for a brow wax, I arrived early for my appointment and Deborah instructed me to sit in the chair..... She got my appointment mixed up with another appointment and ended up waxing half of my upper lip..... When the wax was applied I said "what are you doing, I am only here for a brow wax". To which she replied that she got her appointments mixed up.

Never going to another Ulta again! Metro Crossing is amazing!!! I was in the store today-just to by Sun Bum lip balm- but ended up leaving with a curling iron and a bottle of perfume. Not sure how that happened but also, I'm not questioning it. Anyway, the curling iron I was interested in had a tag listed at one price but the tag on the shelf listed another price-a higher price. I asked for clarification just to make sure I was looking at the correct item in my Ulta shopping euphoric state and I was. They apologized for the mix up AND honored the item at the (lower) price on the tag...without me even asking?! They just know good customer service and clearly value their guests. Lastly, they staff was putting away shipment and still took time away from their tasks to help their customers. The A-Team was definitely working today, great job everyone!!!
