Call in hour ahead and needed to get an hub cap fix There's no trucks in the shop. Only one mechanic sitting there. Cleaning his toils, the lady sitting behind her counter, picking her pimples. And I asked how long would it take? She says I'll be till tomorrow when I told her when I called. They said it's supposed to come first serve, and then they were free up till 6. It is 530 never again when I come to the S. T. A. I just.
Noticed that the quality of service across the country is It's getting worse every year.

5 AM, and the coffee and donuts were left over from the night before. Same thing for the ready to go food warmers. Employees just sitting around on their phones, pure laziness! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TA!

Shower 6 upstairs is off when handle is up. Push it toward blue dot for hot. Push back thru off toward red dot for cool. It never goes down.
No you can’t mix hot & cold!!! Cool was ok but wimpy pressure is a joke. Pathetic!!

I was in Petro Harrisburg, PA, when the Global IT outrage affected the TA system
But they were helping truckers to get a shower
Unfortunately, this location they found it as a reason to stop providing the service
After 5 years, I decided to start getting fuel and service with Love's
Since BP acquired TA& Petro, everything is getting worse day by day

Best truck service in a long time. I’m over the road and the maintenance staff on duty on 7/4/24 was the best! Went in for a DOT inspection Brian was my technician and he was friendly, thorough with the inspection and communicated very well. He found issues with my brakes that another shop had done during a PM that could have caused a DOT inspection failure and a fire hazard. He was meticulous with the repairs. Sherry was in the office and my pricing was low and fair. They really made the entire experience great!

Worthless shop. I wanted 3 airbags replaced on my trailer because they were cracked and weather checked and need to be replaced. Apparently for 2 hours and 2 “techs” later I was told that they removed an airline from my bag but it didn’t deflate. Which is 100% impossible if they actually remove an air line to the bag. And apparently in my 30 years of driving, I Should know of a magical button inside MY OWN truck that deflates the bags. The lady behind the counter argued that one with me. Also the “tech” assigned to my airbag replacements, was not “authorized” to mess with the leveling valve of my trailer because he “doesn’t know how to work on them” is what the lady behind the counter told me. I asked what they would do if they did a DOT on a trailer and the airbag needed to be replaced but they couldn’t let the air out like tonight? Would they tell the driver oh well so sorry we wasted your time? She said well he isn’t certified to do DOT’s and said well wha about the guy that is? What would he do? I was met with a blank stare. I asked her if it’d help if I go cut them open so they could replace them, but I guess that’s not allowed either. I mean I could do it out in the parking lot for them. But she wouldn’t let me. I guess it’s even against the policy of TA to crack a line to let air out of them. Glorified tire changers here.

Service center is the worst I've ever seen. I have used TA exclusively for fuel and service. Never again after the last few experiences.

This place is normally my favorite spot to stop in the morning, as the have my Stok coffee on tap and everyone here is so nice and helpful, but this morning was very irritating, I don't know who is working this morning around 830 am, but she is unnecessarily rude and when approach about something that is out and needing restocked on the drink station there's was no response of ok no problem let me fix that for you or or let me check. Her customer service needs work! ?

Shady. My driver stops here for tire repair at midnight. 0300 they get him in and give me a price for the work. I send the driver a comcheck and go back to bed. 30 min later they need another 72.96. I get up and generate a code for $100 more, send it to my driver, go back to bed. Half hour later they call to say they can only accept a comcheck for the exact amount as they don't have enough to give change. YOU DON"T HAVE $28 IN YOUR REGISTER?? Are you kidding me?
Driver attempted to cash the comchecks at the fuel island and the clerk HAS NO IDEA HOW TO CASH A COMCHECK. The fuel island can't handle a check now?
Finally I just have to call in with a credit card. You can bet the farm I'll have an eye out for fraud charges. Just a basic failure of customer service.
