Great store repeatedly for us. We have bought items several times that we can’t find elsewhere.Latest trip we dealt with Trevor whom was super helpful and gave us great customer service and helped us load 25 bags of softwood pellets.

I had to go to tractor supply on 9/23/22 and didn't have the greatest experience. I was waiting in line and an associate(Shirley) was having trouble with the self check. I was next in line to check out(not at self checkout) and the young man that was there was told by Shirley to move to the other register so she could check a gentleman out. I'm not sure why she couldn't use the other register instead of rudely telling the other associate to move. She told me I could go to the other register and I told her no i'll wait because I just had injections done on my back and it hurts to walk. She then disregard what I just told her and told the young man to check me out. I had to walk all the way around after stating I have no problem waiting again because I'm in pain. She still didn't care. I've never been treated with such lack of compassion or empathy. Yall should really go over yalls customer service because that's not it nor is it acceptable.

This location is great when it comes to variety & selection, even offering some trendy clothing options there days. I was especially taken aback sure to their selection of hats, as I've been to lids locations with fewer hats physically carried in store! On a side note, cashier on this particular morning was nothing less than breathtaking! I swear to little baby Jesus in a manger, my heart about jumped straight out of my chest!

Haven't found the best deals around the for quite awhile, not sure if it's covid related but I wish the deals would come back. Still love stopping here out our adventure shopping days tho..

Went to several places, made several calls, looking for straw, no luck. The guy helping us was great, offered several options, went out of his way to get what we needed.
