My mom got referred to this guy an he is holding her personal information an there’s nobody in the office while it says clear as day on google he is opened plus no answer on phone nor door this is be never ever referr this man to anybody

Avoid at any cost!!! Procrastination at it's best. Never answer the phone. All he does is just mess up with your papers and deadlines. I'm seriously thinking of suying him and get this business down. Just ridiculous why he is still in the business.

Terrible, my wife worked for him for 3 mos.and 4 mos.after her last day he had not paid her. When pressured he wrote her a check and it came back NSF. Now he says he's not going to pay her and if she wants to try to get her money she should sue him. Also do not trust Bob French with your taxes he is 2 or 3 years behind on a lot of people's returns.

Avoid Tallman-Scheel. Floundering incompetence. Non-responsive. No attention to detail. No retention of facts from moment to moment. It took 6 months to resolve. My simple tax filing was never prepared. I was forced to demand the return of my paperwork some of which was missing.

Bob kept telling us some third party company has something to do with us not yet receiving a refund for 21. We called thd IRS and they haven't gotten our taxes for 21 or 22. All they have are filed extensions. I went to his office today and multiple clients were waiting for him inside and outside. Bob told me he would meet back at his office to give me my w2's for 21 and 22, never happened. Im filing a formal complaint with the IRS documents. Completely ridiculous.

If you want to wait an extended amount of time for ANYTHING from this business, then Bob is your man. He told us one thing (when you can finally get ahold of him) and the IRS had a different story. My return was filed ( according to the IRS ) on 5/15/2023! My wife's return was rejected because he misspelt my name and transposed my SSAN. Return your phone call? Forget it. This was the absolute last time for me. I plan on filing a complaint with the IRS as soon as I receive my check (who wouldn't want their money as soon as possible? ) but that would mean making a 2 minute phone call on his part. Terrible, incompetent, but personable. He can B.S. ya with the best!!!

I've gone through Bob to file my taxes for the last 15+ years . The last several years has not been a good experience. He didn't file my last years taxes and held my W-2 - I called multiple times and left multiple messages trying to get my numbers for financial purposes and he claimed he was going to mail them to me 2 1/2 months ago. I have not received the last couple years of my tax returns either. He likes to talk about my ex husband and previous years tax issue that involve him - multiple times I've requested that he not talk him with me anymore.I will not go through him again. And STILL WANT MY W-2FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS .I don't know who to contact for help regarding this matter . But I still need my taxes filed PROPERLYI am Sorry Bob . I've tried to get though to you many many times -

I created some serious problems doing my own taxes handling a complex issue; because, anyone can do taxes, especially me. The IRS dunned me double. Bob & Mary saved the day and I got my money back. I'll be back this year. THANKS!

Most unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent accountant I have ever dealt with. I have never even heard of anyone this bad before. They don't answer their phones, never meet deadlines and can't even provide required documentation. I don't have an axe to grind with these guys I'm just trying to save you all the problems they have caused us. Trust me this is a place to avoid.

I have filed my business income tax with Bob for year 2016. I liked him personally because he seems nice guys and reasonable. However, his communication is really poor. I tried to go to his office at least for 4 times last year to get few more thing done but I could not see him in his office. Most of the time door was locked and no one was inside of building. I have tried to contact him by calling and leaving message numerous time but he barely return call in timely manner nor he check his email. I tried to send him an email so many time but could not get reply back from him. He did not check his email before he filed my tax, and missed some paper work which needed to be filed along with the tax. After he filed my tax, I got letter from IRS requesting few more information (my health insurance paper) and I tried to get hold of him many many time but I could not do so. Finally, I get hold of him this year and talked to him, explain everything. He did apologize for the issue but he did not admitted to get those paper from me. I showed him by opening my email to him right there. Anyway, long story sort, I am very disappointed with his customer communication skills. When I mentioned about communication is very important in business. He just ignored me and saying I have enough business. So, he seems like do not care about client feedback either. Finally, I am moving my business to else where.
