I did love this vet. I've been going there for years. Dr. Jody and Dr. Jill literally saved my dogs life! But...who are these people working there now. I go there and do not know any of the vets. Was there a complete staff change and no one relayed that to your clients? I'm confused. Honestly, I wasn't happy with my last visit. I took my dog in because he was/is having trouble breathing. I have no idea what is wrong with him. The vet (sorry, I don't know her name, because I was never told what it was) asked me what I wanted to do about it? Ummm....I brought him to her because I didn't know what was wrong, let alone what to do about it! I left with a drug that doesn't work, and a dog who's breathing is becoming worse daily. I'm afraid to bring him back for fear I will be made to look stupid again.

Love this vet! Now days they have good staff who know animals, this vet also never tries to pressure you into getting more tests or give meds un-needed.. I have used this vet for many years for my dogs and cats..

Wonderful staff all around - between receptionist(s) and vet(s). They were very helpful making sure our pup got the shots he needed.

Absolutely LOVE Strohbehn veterinary clinic!!! I decided to take my kitten to them instead of where I was taking my dogs and I don’t think I could have made a better decision. The staff is so friendly and they take such good care of my boy!!! I can’t wait to make the switch for my dogs also?

On the morning of the appt the roads were icy and I slid in a ditch and was stuck. The last thing I thought of was to call the vet. I was stuck in a ditch, freezing cold with my cat. After getting my car towed out my only thought was getting back home. When I did call the vet that day to explain and get a new appointment I was given a harsh tongue lashing about how rude I was by not calling before the appointment time. In the past on several occasions I have sat in the waiting area for over an hour past the scheduled appt time and was understanding that things happen. Yet I was not treated with any such understanding and spoken to like a small child. I have not returned and will not return. And don’t get me started about the smell of the location. After visiting other vets in town there really is no excuse for the smell.

This is a truly special Veterinary Clinic. I have brought my dog to this clinic for over ten years. Every time we come in, the staff knows us by name. We have always been treated so well, and the doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and go above and beyond to make sure that Cooper receives the best care possible. The staff is what makes this place stand out more than any other place. Excellent people providing the BEST care. I will always come to this clinic and will always recommend them.

Amazing work and staff! I went here awhile back to get my dog fixed, and I am happy to report that they haven't skipped a beat! First the staff, I read the reviews from a few people about the bad attitudes over the phone, at the desk, in the offices, and I have to say I never experienced this AT ALL! These women were fantastic to me and my cats, they answered all my questions and even with my worrying and nervousness, they made sure to reassure me that everything would be fine and went the extra mile to soothe my cats when they were also nervous and scared. Ares and Athena had to stay the night with them but they made sure to take care of them while I couldn't be there. The woman at the front desk showed them amazing care and affection. When I picked them up, everyone that had ANY interaction with them saw us off, which to me just solidified that I made the right choice choosing this place! I whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone and don't trust the bad rumors, just experience it yourself!

Front desk customer service is a joke. treated poorly. after years of using this vet I was over the attitude. and the smell. I will never forget the stench. I went there out of habit. found a new local vet. front desk staff are great at their job. unlike Strohbehns. and I was treated decent. the attitudes of strohbehns front staff is not acceptable in a customer service situation. rude. there are much better choices I've found in CB and they don't smell.
