I would leave 5 stars for the office visits and 1 star when you need to call in, I sat in hold for 35 mins to get a medication refill, I get being understaffed but it's not the customers fault and they shouldn't have to wait on hold that long, what if it was an emergency

I do not recommend this vet. After using them for years and being satisfied, I felt unnecessary services were preformed and will never go back.

A place where, pet owners/pet parents can feel safe. They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.

The Valley View Veterinary Clinic had a clinic setup earlier today at Bomgaars and they were giving low-cost vaccines for dogs and cats which I thought was so wonderful of them to do for the people and their animals as some people are on a fixed income of where they just can't afford to take their pets to the vet like they should. I took my two fur sons Lucky(L) and Smokey(R) to get their vaccines of which was the rabies vaccine and the FVRCP vaccine which protects them from three highly contagious and life-threatening feline diseases. It only cost me $50.00 dollars to have both my cats vaccinated of which I thought was so wonderful as it saved me money if I would have had to take them to the vet office. I thought my cats would have been happy that they were going on a car ride and getting out of the apartment and enjoying the sunshine and the fresh air but boy was I wrong lol. On the way over to Bomgaars, my cats meowed growled at me the whole time and they were quite boisterous about it lol. After the cats were vaccinated and we were headed home, the car ride was very quiet as they had nothing to say to me and I will be sleeping in the kitty cat house tonight lol. I am so happy that I did this today with getting my cats vaccinated and there were a lot of people today with their animals and they were so beautiful and it was more beautiful to me to see that the owners were being responsible pet owners. Everyone that works at the Valley View Veterinary Clinic are absolutely wonderful people and their veterinarian Dr. Barbara Lee is truly amazing as she truly cares about the animals that she takes care of. I will definitely recommend this vet clinic to all of my family and friends and definitely will be back to your clinic if they should need anything done as you all are truly amazing.

I take my dog Layla here, and they are definitely professionals here. They spade Layla, and she was perfectly fine ( except she had to wear a cone). We take her here for her boosters and vaccines. Would recommend.

Both my dogs go here and they definitely have been my rock while trying to figure out what is wrong with my 1 year old beagle. I definitely wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Love coming here! It's a bit of a drive from south O but the service is always great! I was embarrassed for having a nippy dog, and even more embarrassed when she soiled the table while getting her shots, but I always get reassured and treated with respect :)) the only vet I trust my old lady with!

Dr Barb Lee is amazing. She always treated our pets with the utmost care. Dr Lee also knew my dad who was a veterinarian who passed in 2009. She is great to consult with and answers all kinds of questions that I occasionally call her with. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable. The only reason she isn't our vet currently is we recently moved to Colorado. We miss you Dr Lee. Thank you for taking my call today.

My dog is still alive ! He was very near death after 5 weeks of extreme suffering at the hands of a different vet & his wrong meds & being terribly misdiagnosed by him !! THANK YOU BARB . Your the best !

Used to take my pets here, but NO MORE!! Not only did it often take a day, sometimes more, to get an "appointment" to get my pets in for routine care (this is not something I normally take time off work for, & their Saturday clinics were booked well in advance), but the front desk staff is consistently RUDE! I had to go back recently to get some old records, same old treatment, rude, rude, RUDE! I do not recommend this clinic, they do not treat their clients with courtesy at all.

I recommend having an appointment even if you call the day of or before. They are, of course, very busy in the evening, but the time I had an emergency for my pet they were very accommodating and understanding. Never had any complaints with them; they've been perfect.
