Stopped by to have a ring sized a little smaller so it wouldn't slip off easily. Steven was very pleasant and also cleaned the ring for us. Thinking about getting a man's ring with Onyx and Diamonds..will talk to Steven first about it.

I have been going to Steven's Jewelers for several years hoping to find something unique and personal to me and Steve has never disappointed. Recently I had found a piece that he had in stock so I purchased it, it needed to be sized and he suggested that the third party workshop/jeweler he used for sizing could add a personalized touch to the item to go with another piece which I was excited about. When the item was returned to him the third party jeweler had sent him back a completely different ring. This was realized as soon as I saw it and Steve was mortified. The third party would not do anything about it so he had a different third party re-make the ring from scratch and it is perfect! He wants nothing more than to make his customers happy and really gets excited when the customer is excited and this just makes the whole buying process with him such a great experience. Thank you Steve!

This guy likes to go over to the business near by and cause trouble yelling at the employees and making them uncomfortable. May be nice to you but seems the inside of who he really is disrespectful

My husband and I have used Steven's for all of our jewelry for the last 12 years. Steve is friendly and trustworthy. He has even recreated my wedding ring and made new rings to attach to it. Will go to Steven's for all of my future purchases and recommend them to everyone that listens!!

They bill themselves as “your personal jewelerâ€, and that they are. Steve helped me pick out my wedding ring in 2001 & told me on our 10th anniversary to come back & he'd make sure to have an anniversary band to match, which he did. Amongst other pieces, I purchased an aquamarine ring from them about 12 years ago & recently took in to have it restyled & it turned out amazing!! I absolutely love Steven's Jewelers & would never think to go elsewhere.

Took my Mom's mother's ring for repairs and explained it was urgent (long story). They were extremely accomodating and did a wonderful job on it. Eternally grateful for their caring and kind natures. I would recommend them to ANYONE!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
