Very poor customer service. I have had two interactions with the owner and she was very rude both times.My boyfriend's car got stuck in the snow during BLIZZARD conditions and he had to leave it in her parking lot overnight. He got there after the business was closed and was leaving before they opened the next morning. She drove up at the time he was leaving and asked him if it was his car. He kindly introduced himself, explained the situation, and apologized. She proceeded to complain and yell at him for 5 minutes, threatened to have him towed, and made a remark about him not even asking to park there even though he got STUCK there at the edge of her lot hours after the business had closed??Both of us have now greeted her with kindness and have been met with hostility. I was literally just walking my dog the day I met her -I was a complete stranger to her- and she started rudely complaining to me about another vehicle that was stalled IN THE GRASS behind her lot.Before this I was considering getting my hair done there very soon because I live extremely close. Not a great way to be making new business.. I will be going further away for the services she offers just to be in a more respectful environment.
