Very bad experience, scammers sell cars with problems, they tell you they will fix them and nothing, in the end they leave you with expensive cars in poor condition and they keep your money, you pay a lot for something that is useless. Yes of course they try to make us believe it is not true but you know very well that ever since the truck was removed it has been giving problems and in less than a month we have gone to complain 3 times and they have not solved the problem, lack of respect, communication and ethics that one worker tells you one thing and the others another and after all they say they will not give you your money back or change the car, it is something never seen before, in all businesses when something does not work they replace it or refund your money this company is the only one that apparently does not do it and they tell you so to your face that they will not give you your money back, nor will they fix the faults that the car had from day zero, nor can you choose another car. Do not come selling dreams here . The only legal documents they have are for the purchase, as in all businesses. We also have proof that what they sold us is useless. Just by using the truck, it is obvious that even the headlights of the truck are covered in water. Please. And this is not just for us, but for thousands of people who need a vehicle and have to put up with being lied to in the face and on top of that being forced to keep something expensive and useless.

My daughter and her grandma went here to buy her first car. They went here because the owner is family BIG MISTAKE. All they did was rip my daughter off. And ripped her off bad. First they charged her three times the amount her car was worth them since she bought the "warranty" she took it to them when stuff needed fixed but when she got it back the problem was never fixed. Not even six months after buying the car she needed a new engine, she took it to real value and they said 1400 and they would put a new engine in. So she paid the 1400 and they had the car for about two weeks and she got car back with "new" engine . Couple months later her car is over heating again. We took the car to a different shop had them look at it and they tell us all the things that need fixed on it. Motor mount needs fixed along with EVERYTHING that real value said they had fixed on her car. Nothing they said they fixed was even touched. She had to pay first 1200 then today another 1700 to fix all the things real value had supposedly fixed. All of this plus the three times amount the car was even worth. The car is only worth about three thousan. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS U LIKE GETTING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF

I have gotten a vehicle from Real value twice and I love them. Say what you want about buy here pay here’s but this is by far the best one! Ma and Matt are amazing! They really work with you and help get you into something based off your budget. And as long as you communicate they will work with you! And I love their 100% labor warranty and best part is your credit doesn’t matter! Ma is literally the face of Real value and she deserves a raise and an all expense paid vacation haha!!

I have to say my anxiety is settled. I am in a pinch. I really didn’t know it would be possible to get a car loan. To be able to fix my credit, replace my broken car and finance a small amount in one place has been a breath of fresh air. The whole staff took time to listen to me and get me the exact bang for my buck. Wasn’t the car I thought I wanted, but with their experience I learned a lot.
