We were in town from Michigan to move my mom back with us. We needed to have a hitch installed on her SUV, and rent a trailer. The hitch was put on that aftetnoon, and picked up first thing the next morning. They were so helpful and accommodating. It helped to make an otherwise very stressful event less stressful.
