Filthy. Night crew were all standing around up front behind counter. (Very few customers) Except the Arby's staff. They were great friendly, cleaning and keeping up the the restaurant. We were there about 3hrs. never saw any employees cleaning. Dirty beverage area, dirty floors, nasty laundry room. Waited over an hour for a shower, finally gave up because we needed sleep. Probably for the better, can only imagine the condition of the showers.

What and AMAZING Pilot! I have never been to a cleaner Pilot with very nice workers! The pumps are so clean all the way down to the trash cans. The shower was the cleanest I have ever used! Every time I would go into the store I was greated with a welcome to Pilot! Great job team! Thank you so much for all of you hard work!

I will give more stars when I feel me or my daughter is not being followed or creeped on by male employees (although i heard that the male maintenance employee refused to go in this time) and the employee Kylee when going to the women's bathroom. They will blatantly come in and stand or just stand and creep on you from a stall if they judge you by how you look or your situation. God forbid you take a little extra time pooping. Then fake smile at you and give you a hard time when you are trying to buy something afterwards. I now have my husband come in with us and wait by the bathrooms because we don't feel safe while going to the bathroom. I absolutely love the manager at night, and a few other employees are awesome! The bathrooms and showers are always clean and the few excellent employess are usually most kind and helpful! It's too bad a few rotten apples have to spoil the bunch.

Got kicked out for being in a parking spot. There was no sign or marking in the ground saying it was a pay to park spot . 4 hours into a break I had to leave. Meanwhile, people were parked everywhere else. The lady was very rude. I mentioned to her it wasn't marked. She shrugged her shoulders and said "pay or leave" and walked (waddled) away.

Can use more washers and dryers for such a busy location and a lounge area for drivers with massage chairs. I like this location a lot and the 24 hour Arby’s is ?!

I drive 2 hours to meet my sons Mom. Been doing this for 3 years now. We normally meet at this station to gas up get drinks and snacks. Then head back home. Today I got there a little early. It's raining. I had to use the restroom. My son's mom was 10 minutes out. My daughter and her bf went inside with me. Some rude lady that works there decided to yell across the store at my daughter cause she didn't see me as I was coming out the bathroom, said if we aren't buying nothing then leave. I told her I am buying gas and waiting for my son so I can buy them all drinks and snacks. She told me she don't want people walking around her store if we aren't going to buy nothing! We also planned to eat at that Arby's connected but I didn't buy a damn thing and I won't be back to this station. I am only one customer so I know they don't care. Hopefully someone will read this and some themselves the frustration of being profiled as something their not! FU Pilot J! From now on we will go to Casey's next door! They was so much more welcoming when I spoke with them!!

This review is specifically about Heather. Her name tag was hidden but that's what she said her name is. Zero customer service skills.Was extremely flippant, condescending and just outright rude.Refused to check the cold creamers. Said she just replaced them, but both had plain creamer. Not French Vanilla.Would have taken 1 minute to double check the correct bag was installed. But she refusedI get coffee every day and know exactly what French Vanilla creamer smells and tastes like.They were both just plain creamer.She clearly knew it was plain since she refused to open and double check. She was clearly lying. And wouldn't acknowledge it was labeled incorrectly.Wasn't going to spend $3 on something that isn't correct.You just lost another customer here because of her.Will go across the street to Casey's or Sapp Bros moving forward.

This place sucks its 42 Below and there banging on door for parking money. Parking isn't plowed. Guys leave there trucks all week for free. But we got to pay all the time.I paid 500 for fuel still got to pay. All scammers.Screw the consumer. Free parking all week
