Ordered on line. Signed up for tracking. I did receive a text my order was returned but when I called the store they assured me my order was ready for pickup

Me and my daughter came to get a rat, and a worker helped us and was very helpful. And helped us with his needs as we were first ever rat owners because she had some at home. And he was happy and healthy and still is.
