Belle even liked her, and Belle doesn't like anybody, except my husband and me! Nichole asked my grooming preferences and then she listened to what I said!!! Belle turned out beautiful, and Nichole was kind, caring and patient!

We absolutely need more quality pet groomers like the Groomerz on 35th and 4th Ave!When my pet stays for the day I am totally at ease with it! I know and understand that sometimes things happen that mess up the scheduling and therefore the entire rest of their grooming day! I have spent time there a few times and I realize how demanding their job is! I've come to know and love these folks because in their hearts they give their all to all the pets who are groomed there! Valley View Veterinary Clinic
15025 Valley View Dr, Council BluffsAll of the small clinics around my immediate area were closed so we had to take a chance on the Velley View clinic to get our 19 year old diluted tortie cat seen. We knew it was likely her time, as sad as it was. The staff got us in the same day and gave us well over an hour and a half to decide to euthanize her, and spend the time with her before during and after. I was very impressed with how sympathetic and patient the staff was with us at such a heartbreaking time. In the future, I will be bringing my animals here for everything. Thank you Valley View Veterinary staff ❤️

That day they couldn’t get me in so I took my dog to the cb walk in clinic vet and they just told me that she had the dog flu. When she didn’t get better and was getting worse they were able to get her in fast. They did blood draws and a bunch of other tests but nothing really jumped out. They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.

This vet worked her in & I could not believe how caring, thorough & friendly everyone was, also the cost was very comparable or better than other vets. 430 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Council BluffsI did love this vet. I've been going there for years. Dr. Jody and Dr. Jill literally saved my dogs life! But...who are these people working there now. I go there and do not know any of the vets. Was there a complete staff change and no one relayed that to your clients? I'm confused. Honestly, I wasn't happy with my last visit. I took my dog in because he was/is having trouble breathing. I have no idea what is wrong with him. The vet (sorry, I don't know her name, because I was never told what it was) asked me what I wanted to do about it? Ummm....I brought him to her because I didn't know what was wrong, let alone what to do about it! I left with a drug that doesn't work, and a dog who's breathing is becoming worse daily. I'm afraid to bring him back for fear I will be made to look stupid again.

I stepped in looking for a good breakfast and found the best breakfast I've had in awhile. I usually lean toward chicken fried steak but today I selected a special from the board. Hot Honey skillet. It included hash browns, chicken, candied jalapeno cheese, tomatoes, hot honey, eggs and toast. It was highly satisfying and delicious. I also selected a pumpkin carmel cheesecake cinnamon roll for later. It looks and smells fantastic! Plus they have apple butter.
The new owners are on a roll here. I certainly hope they continue being creative and have many years cooking for our community. The only thing I have for a complaint is that I am totally full and have no room to finish my breakfast! Will be back for more!!!
