The store seems a little small compared to Omaha locations & selection is fairly limited, but laid out nicely. I never have issues finding what I need (& then some!) The store will also do price matches, so if something online is cheaper than in store (which I have found that to be true a few times) they will honor their online price which is great! I do recommend shopping here if you are in the area & do let your furry friend join you in picking out some goodies!

We absolutely need more quality pet groomers like the Groomerz on 35th and 4th Ave!When my pet stays for the day I am totally at ease with it! I know and understand that sometimes things happen that mess up the scheduling and therefore the entire rest of their grooming day! I have spent time there a few times and I realize how demanding their job is! I've come to know and love these folks because in their hearts they give their all to all the pets who are groomed there! The Groomerz are the best in town and all around!

2719 E Kanesville Blvd, Council BluffsI have always been a fan of this shop and the staff. I moved away from the area a few years ago so haven't been in much recently. I was in town visiting when my dog got himself overheated, and I stopped to grab him a treat for the ride before I had to hand the emergency vet my wallet. I'm sure I was frantic and they had my bring my ugly dog into the grooming area and rinsed him down with cool water. I truly believe they saved his life.

Valley View Veterinary Clinic
15025 Valley View Dr, Council BluffsAll of the small clinics around my immediate area were closed so we had to take a chance on the Velley View clinic to get our 19 year old diluted tortie cat seen. We knew it was likely her time, as sad as it was. The staff got us in the same day and gave us well over an hour and a half to decide to euthanize her, and spend the time with her before during and after. I was very impressed with how sympathetic and patient the staff was with us at such a heartbreaking time. In the future, I will be bringing my animals here for everything. Thank you Valley View Veterinary staff ❤️

They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.

430 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Council BluffsI did love this vet. I've been going there for years. Dr. Jody and Dr. Jill literally saved my dogs life! But...who are these people working there now. I go there and do not know any of the vets. Was there a complete staff change and no one relayed that to your clients? I'm confused. Honestly, I wasn't happy with my last visit. I took my dog in because he was/is having trouble breathing. I have no idea what is wrong with him. The vet (sorry, I don't know her name, because I was never told what it was) asked me what I wanted to do about it? Ummm....I brought him to her because I didn't know what was wrong, let alone what to do about it! I left with a drug that doesn't work, and a dog who's breathing is becoming worse daily. I'm afraid to bring him back for fear I will be made to look stupid again.

This vet worked her in & I could not believe how caring, thorough & friendly everyone was, also the cost was very comparable or better than other vets. We have brought our dog here since then & the care is phenomenal. Thank you all for the great care you provide!

That day they couldn’t get me in so I took my dog to the cb walk in clinic vet and they just told me that she had the dog flu. 1102 N 16th St, Council BluffsNot entirely sure what to make of this place. Had thought to just grab a coffee and do a bit of reading before getting back on the road. Ended up getting some dragonfruit bubble tea that was just okay. The thing about the bubble tea fad is that everyone is trying to get in on it, and maybe in CB you can get away with it being very average... Compensated by the fact that the staff are friendly, though they are happy to keep conversing in the background so that if you had hoped to do some reading while there, you might need to opt outside if the weather is nice or choose a different location.
