Has most car parts readily available, and if they don't have it, they can get it within 24 hours. It was nice to have a shop with excellent customer service.

Went in at 9 and ordered my part. Was told that it would be there by 11. Went in at 12:30 and it ended up never been ordered!?!?Was told to come back at 3 . So I did, only to find out they ordered the wrong aftermarket part.

Went once and they didn’t have fittings. Went to the Grover one , and they took care of us. Came in today and once again they can’t help us. This time didn’t even try and come from behind the desk. Won’t be spending with these people again!!

I don't come in here too often anymore but I visited this NAPA Auto Parts with my dad recently so he could pick up a couple air filters for his vehicles. We walked in, waited in line, and my dad told the employee the year, make, and model of the vehicles and what he needed and the employee quickly looked them up in the computer and got the air filters for him pretty quickly. The transaction was quick and easy and the employee was knowledgeable.

I called to ask if they had 14x6 wheels in stock since the website states to call for availability. The clerk responded by saying "we don't sell that here" and hung up before I could order the part.

One of the worst napa stores a person can come across! One guy at the counter who actually trys to be helpful the rest of the people stand around and one at the commercial counter has little interest in assisting very large out of town construction companies.

They forgot to order a part after going in to order it so I had to wait an extra week not much in the store either compared to other part stores prices about the same as others at least for the part I got
